The posting

Die Tagessonderschule in Trimbach (10 min ab Olten HB) wurde im August 2022 eröffnet und hat sich etabliert. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n 

Schulische Sozialpädagogin / Schulischen Sozialpädagogen mit Schwerpunkt Autismus (45-60 %)

Sie arbeiten mindestens jeden Vormittag im Team mit einem Jugendlichen mit Autismus. Die Begleitung orientiert sich an seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen und Fähigkeiten und fokussiert die Förderung grundlegender Kompetenzen. Zusätzlich können Einsätze in anderen Klassen mit Schüler:innen mit höherem Betreuungsbedarf mit einer Körper-, Sinnes- oder Wahrnehmungsbeeinträchtigung erfolgen. 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie begleiten einen Jugendlichen mit Autismus durch den Alltag
  • Sie gestalten wiederkehrende Rituale und Abläufe
  • Sie ermöglichen einen Beziehungsaufbau und schaffen eine Vertrauensbasis
  • Sie setzen sozialpädagogischen Themen mit einzelnen Kindern und/oder mit einer ganzen Klasse um (inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung)
  • Sie sind an der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Unterrichtsplanung beteiligt
  • Sie sind gleichzeitig Teil des Betreuungsteams, welches für die Mittagsbetreuung und Freizeiten der Kinder und Jugendlichen verantwortlich ist. Hierzu gehören auch Lager, welche das ZKSK durchführt
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im pflegerischen Bereich und werden durch eine Pflegefachperson eingeführt und unterstützt
  • Sie nehmen an Elternabenden, Beurteilungs- und Standortgesprächen teil
  • Sie stellen Ihr Knowhow anderen Fachpersonen zur Verfügung
  • Sie erledigen administrative Arbeiten selbstständig (Berichte, Einträge in der Dateiablage und im Lehreroffice usw.)

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik
  • Erfahrung im Sonderschulbereich und mit Kindern mit Autismus erwünscht
  • Eine flexible, initiative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hohem Sinn für Teamarbeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern mit Körper-, Sinnes- und Mehrfachbeeinträchtigungen 
  • Pädagogisches Geschick im Umgang mit Heterogenität und altersdurchmischtem Lernen 
  • Erfahrung in Förderdiagnostik und Förderplanung mit Fokus auf sozialpädagogische Themen
