Unsere Besondere Volksschule Nils Holgersson (Zyklus 3) hat ihren Standort in Wattenwil. In den Mehrjahrgangsklassen werden sowohl interne als auch externe Schülerinnen und Schüler unterrichtet. Die Zuweisung erfolgt im Auftrag verschiedener Fachstellen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungen. Dazu gehören sozialpädagogisch geleitete Wohngruppen in Seftigen und Uetendorf. Unser Ziel ist die soziale, und schulische Förderung der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen, Fähigkeiten und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sowie deren Unterstützung bei der Berufswahl. Aufgaben ###

\- Sie übernehmen die operative Führung unserer besonderen Volksschule auf der Sekundarstufe I mit rund 22 Jugendlichen im Klein- und Kleinstklassensetting und der Wohngruppen. - Sie führen die Schule in pädagogischen, organisatorischen und finanziellen Belangen. - Sie führen das interdisziplinäre Team aus Lehrpersonen, Heil- und Sozialpädagog:innen mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Weitblick und fördern die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. - Sie entwickeln die Schule, den Unterricht und das Leistungsangebot kontinuierlich weiter. - Sie pflegen die Zusammenarbeit mit der Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion, dem Kantonalen Jugendamt und weiteren Behörden. - Neben Ihrer Leitungsfunktion übernehmen Sie ein Unterrichtspensum. - Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Stiftungsrat und mit der Partnerorganisation "agilas - bilden bewegt" zusammen.

Anforderungen ###

\- Sie verfügen über ein Lehrdiplom für die Sekundarstufe I (Zyklus 3) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine heilpädagogische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Weiterbildung. - Sie haben die Schulleiterausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Führungsausbildung absolviert. - Sie bringen Führungserfahrung und fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen im sozialpädagogischen oder psychiatrischen Kontext mit. - Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der bernischen Bildungslandschaft, der verschiedenen Bildungswege sowie der Anschlussmöglichkeiten in Ausbildung und Arbeitsmarkt.
