The posting

Im Weissenheim Bern besuchen 40 Jungen und Mädchen mit einer Lernbehinderung oder psychischen Beeinträchtigung sowie sozialen Auffälligkeiten die besondere Volksschule. Die Mehrheit der Kinder/Jugendlichen verbringt im Wochen- bzw. Teilinternat auch Zeit ausserhalb der Schule im Weissenheim. Die Betreuungszeiten und -aufgaben orientieren sich flexibel am Bedarf und an den Ressourcen des Familiensystems. Verschiedene Therapieangebote unterstützen die Entwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen. Ein Hof mit Tieren und Garten ist Teil des Schulkonzepts.

Schulleitung und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung 70% ##

Aufgabenbereich

  • Gemeinsam mit den Bereichsleitungen Wohnen und Finanzen/Betrieb führen Sie die Institution gemäss den Vorgaben der kantonalen Behörden und der Trägerschaft
  • Mit der Geschäftsleitung entwickeln sie die Institution weiter und sichern die Qualität der Angebote
  • Operative Führung des Bereichs Schule/Therapie/Hof in pädagogischen, organisatorischen, administrativen, personellen und finanziellen Belangen
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für pädagogische Fragen und gestalten gemeinsam mit dem Team Schul-, Unterrichts- und Qualitätsentwicklung.
  • Sie rekrutieren und führen das Personal des Bereichs Schule/Therapie/Hof und fördern dessen Weiterentwicklung.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bildungsabschluss auf Tertiärstufe im Bereich Pädagogik / Heilpädagogik
  • Weiterbildung zur Schulleitung oder gleichwertige Führungsweiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im schulischen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit Leitungserfahrung
  • Sie führen mit einem partizipativen Führungsverständnis, Humor, Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Sie bringen Kommunikationsfähigkeit, systemisches Verständnis, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
  • Mit Vorteil bringen Sie eine Weiterbildung in Traumapädagogik, Neuer Autorität oder systemischer Beratung mit
