The posting

Das Regionale Beratungszentrum Uznach ist für die soziale Grundversorgung der Gemeinden Amden, Benken, Gommiswald, Kaltbrunn, Schänis, Schmerikon, Uznach und Weesen mitverantwortlich. Der Fachbereich der Schulsozialarbeit ist ebenfalls dem Beratungszentrum angegliedert.

Die Gemeinde Schänis sucht per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Schulsozialarbeiterin oder einen

Schulsozialarbeit 40% ##

für die Primarstufe.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Niederschwelliges Beratungsangebot für Schüler:innen (Zyklus 1+2)
  • Beratung von Eltern und/oder Lehrpersonen
  • Einzelfallhilfe, Gruppen- und Klasseninterventionen
  • Triage und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachstellen
  • Präventions- und Projektarbeit
  • Früherkennung und Früherfassung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialarbeit/ Sozialpädagogik Fachhochschule
  • Weiterbildung oder Zusatzausbildung im Bereich der Schulsozialarbeit erwünscht
  • Systemische Ausbildung oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit
  • Persönlichkeit mit hohen kommunikativen Kompetenzen
  • Kompetenz zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Flexibel - auch in der Raumnutzung ;)
  • Teamfähig
