Ihr Auftrag besteht darin, an der Primarschule Rheinfelden, die Schulsozialarbeit weiterzuführen. Sie arbeiten vor Ort autonom und selbstverantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten folgende Kernaufgaben: ###

  • Beratung und Begleitung von SchülerInnen 
  • Bereitstellen und Durchführen von Projekten für Gruppen, Klassen, Lehrpersonen und Eltern
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Lehrpersonen im Kontext Schule
  • Beratung von Eltern
  • Rasche, zielgerichtete Unterstützung der Organisation Schule in Krisen/Konflikten
  • Unterstützung der Schulleitung in Krisensituationen
  • Koordination und Absprache der Dienstleistung Schulsozialarbeit mit der Schulleitung
  • Vernetzung mit externen Diensten und Helferorganisationen
  • Teaminterne Vernetzung, Beratung und Unterstützung
  • Erstellen und Betreuen von Klientendaten

Um diese Aufgabe zu bewältigen, bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten und Vorkenntnisse mit: ###

  • Anerkannter Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik
  • Erfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit erwünscht
  • CAS Schulsozialarbeit von Vorteil
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kinder- und Jugendbereich
  • PC- Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Beratung, Projektarbeit, Prävention, Krisenintervention, Konfliktbearbeitung, Vernetzungsarbeit
