Die Abteilung Schulsozialarbeit des Departements Schule und Sport gehört zu den schul- unterstützenden Diensten im Schulamt. Als Angebot der ambulanten Kinder- und Jugendhilfe arbeitet die Schulsozialarbeit niederschwellig, allparteilich und vertraulich. Sie setzt sich zum Ziel, Schülerinnen und Schüler bei individuellen und sozialen Problemen, sowie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen, damit sie ihre Schulzeit und ihre Zukunft möglichst positiv und erfolgreich gestalten können.

Infolge eines Mutterschaftsurlaubes suchen wir eine SSA-Vertretung mit der Möglichkeit einer Festanstellung ab Schuljahr 27/28 

  • PS Gutschick: 60 % (3.5 Tage während der Schulzeit)
  • Ab 1. Januar oder ab 22. Februar 2027 bis 31. Juli 2027 mit Option auf Festanstellung 

Sie arbeiten während der Schulzeit mehr und kompensieren die Mehrzeit während den Schulferien. Der Montag ist ein Pflichtarbeitstag.

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Eltern, Lehrpersonen sowie Schulleitungen
  • Professioneller Kindesschutz & Kriseninterventionen
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in der Schule
  • Intervention und Prävention mit Klassen und Gruppen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Professionalisierung der Schulsozialarbeit
  • Triage und Koordination mit weiteren Fachstellen und Behörden 

Ihr Profil ##

  • Bachelor oder Fachhochschule in Sozialer Arbeit (Voraussetzung)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit oder Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • CAS in Schulsozialarbeit oder im Bereich Beratung, Prävention, Krisenarbeit erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Arbeitsteams
