Zur Ergänzung unserer Schulsozialarbeit suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Schulsozialarbeiter/in für die Sek (50 %) ##

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Schülerinnen und Schülern, Eltern und Lehrpersonen in erzieherischen und sozialen Belangen
  • Interventionen in Klassen, bei Krisen und Konflikten
  • Präventions- und Projektarbeit
  • Mitarbeit im Schulteam und Vernetzung mit anderen Fachstellen
  • Praxisausbildnerfunktion für Praktikant/in während acht Monaten im Jahr

Wir erwarten:

  • Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in Schulsozialarbeit oder Beratungserfahrung an der Schnittstelle Jugendhilfe und Schule
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen im schulischen Umfeld
  • Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Beratung, Prävention, Krisenintervention und Projektarbeit
  • Eigenständige und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft während den Schulbetriebswochen 60 % zu arbeiten - Mehrzeit wird während den Schulferien kompensiert (Jahresarbeitszeit)
  • CAS Schulsozialarbeit oder CAS Systemische Beratung wünschenswert
  • Praxisausbildung Soziale Arbeit wünschenswert
