Im Rahmen des kantonalen Angebots in der Schulsozialarbeit bieten wir im Auftrag von Schulen Schulsozialarbeit (SSA) an und führen diese.  Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir in diesem Zusammenhang für die Primarschule Dänikon-Hüttikon eine/n Schulsozialarbeiter/in 50%. Die Primarschule Dänikon-Hüttikon ist eine Schule mit 245 Schüler/innen. Die Schule zeichnet sich durch ADL geführte Klassen, junge engagierte Lehrpersonen und eine funktionierende stabile Tagesstruktur aus. Prävention und Partizipation sollen fester Bestandteil der Schulhauskultur sein. Die Infrastruktur ist modern. Es besteht eine gute ÖV-Anbindung nach Zürich, Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich: ###

  • Umsetzung der Schulsozialarbeit
  • niederschwellige Beratung von Schüler/innen, Eltern und Lehrpersonen 
  • Intervention bei Krisen und Konflikten 
  • Einzelfall- und Gruppenarbeit 
  • Projekt- und Präventionsarbeit 
  • Vernetzung und Koordination

Anforderungsprofil: ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialarbeit/ Sozialpädagogik
  • Weiterbildung in Beratung, Coaching oder Schulsozialarbeit
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, Fallarbeit, Prävention, Krisenintervention und in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Erfahrung mit Kindern im Primarschulalter
