Fürs Leben gut - so lautet unser Motto. Das Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung Kanton Zürich, Geschäftsstelle der Bezirke Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, führt eine Regionalstelle Schulsozialarbeit. Im Auftrag von Schulen ist sie verantwortlich für die personelle, fachliche und administrative Leitung von Schulsozialarbeitenden. Damit ein niederschwelliges Schulsozialarbeits-Angebot gewährleistet werden kann, befinden sich die Arbeitsstellen in den einzelnen Schulgemeinden. Für die Primarschule Hausen am Albis suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Schulsozialarbeiter/in.

Sie beraten und begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche, Eltern und Lehrpersonen in erzieherischen und sozialen Belangen. Im Bereich des Kindesschutzes und dem Kindeswohl, kennen Sie sich aus. Bei Krisen und Konflikten führen Sie Interventionen in Klassen und Gruppen durch. Soweit möglich leisten Sie auch Präventions- und Projektarbeit. Zudem arbeiten Sie mit dem Schulteam der Schule und mit anderen Fachstellen zusammen.

Für diese Aufgabe setzen wir eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit auf Stufe Fachhochschule voraus. Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in Schulsozialarbeit oder im sozialpädagogischen Bereich mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sind erwünscht. Sie verfügen über Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Beratung, Prävention, Krisenintervention und Projektarbeit sowie über eine eigenständige und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise.
