An unserem Hauptsitz in Lupfig AG suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n SchulungsverantwortlicheR (80 \- 100 %) Du teilst dein technisches Wissen mit Begeisterung und hast Freude daran, Menschen weiterzubringen? Ob im Seminarraum, online oder an Events: Du verstehst es, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln. Bei uns wartet eine spannende und vielseitige Aufgabe auf dich! In dieser Funktion bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für technische Schulungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Fachpartner auf dem neusten Wissenstand bleiben. Mit deinem Engagement trägst du dazu bei, unsere Schulungsangebote kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und auszubauen! Dein Verantwortungsbereich du führst technische Fachseminare oder Input Referate für Fachpartner,wieInstallateure, Planer und Architekten, sowie Endkunden durch (vor Ort oder Online) du planst und führst interne technische Schulungen für bestehende wie auch neu eintretende Mitarbeitende du entwickelst Trainingskonzepte, Schulungsunterlagen und Lernmethoden kontinuierlich weiter du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von digitalen Lernformaten wie eLearning\-Angebote, virtuellen Klassenräumen und online\-Konferenzen du verwaltest und koordinierst unser Webinar\-Angebot in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement du wirkst bei internationalen Trainer\-Meetings und Projekten mit und bringst aktiv deine Ideen ein du unterstützt unsere Fachpartner bei technischen Fragestellungen und hältst Fachreferate zu aktuellen Markt\- und Branchenthemen Das bringst du mit du verfügst über eine technische Grundausbildung in der HLK(S) Branche mit Weiterbildung FH oder TechnikerIn HF in Gebäudetechnik du hast Freude daran, dein technisches Wissen an Schulungen und Präsentationen weiter zu vermitteln gute EDV\- und MS Office Kenntnisse sowie stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse du bist kommunikativ und überzeugst durch ein professionelles Auftreten du hast eine selbstständige, strukturierte sowie dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise du bist bereit, mehrmals im Jahr geschäftlich zu reisen Das macht uns einzigartig Mitarbeitende an erster Stelle!
