Aufgaben Schwarzarbeit wirksam bekämpfen: In einem bestehenden Team übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung eines Schwarzarbeitsinspektors/in und sind für den Vollzug des Bundesgesetz zur Bekämpfung der Schwarzarbeit zuständig.

Kontrollen durchführen und Ergebnisse auswerten: Sie führen Kontrollen an Arbeitsplätzen und in Betrieben durch, werten die gewonnen Ergebnisse aus und erledigen alle damit verbundenen Arbeiten im administrativen und organisatorischen Bereich.

Behördenarbeit und Abklärungen führen: Sie verfassen Kontrollberichte sowie Verfügungen und führen Befragungen durch. Bei dieser Tätigkeit arbeiten Sie eng mit den verschiedenen Sozialpartnern, dem Migrationsamt, dem Grenzwachtkorps, der Polizei und sonstigen Behörden zusammen.

Profil Erfahrung: Sie haben Erfahrung mit komplexen Sachverhalten und können jederzeit mit einem agilen Umfeld schritthalten. Zusätzlich sind Sie bereit zu Randzeiten und auch nachts Kontrollen durchzuführen.

Persönlichkeit: Sie sind eine belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Einfühlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, haben einen einwandfreien Leumund und Sie verstehen es, Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeit auch in menschlich schwierigen Situationen zweckdienlich einzusetzen.

Ausbildung: Sie weisen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Niveau EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem verwandten Berufsfeld vor, um die Dossierführung selbständig vornehmen zu können.

Sprache: Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind bei dieser Kontrolltätigkeit ein klarer Vorteil.

Es fördert Innovationen, entwickelt neue Konzepte und sorgt für einen fairen und transparenten Gesetzesvollzug. Dazu arbeitet das AWA eng zusammen mit anderen Dienststellen des Kantons, des Bundes sowie privaten Organisationen.
