Für unsere Kundin, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Schienenfahrzeugtechnik, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Schweisser/Schlosser (w/m/d). Dich erwartet eine vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in einem technisch hochstehenden Umfeld, in dem Qualität, Präzision und Teamarbeit einen hohen Stellenwert haben.

Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion bist du verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Schweissverbindungen an Schienenfahrzeugen und deren Komponenten nach den relevanten Normen EN 15085 und EN ISO 3834 sowie nach Herstellerangaben. Du führst eigenständig Schweissarbeiten aus, liest technische Zeichnungen im Rahmen deiner Arbeiten und hältst die vorgegebenen Schweissanweisungen konsequent ein. Zudem bereitest du deine Arbeiten selbstständig vor, legst die erforderlichen Schweisserprüfungen im vorgegebenen Intervall ab und unterstützt bei Bedarf vor- und nachgelagerte Abteilungen mit einer polyvalenten Arbeitseinstellung. Deine Tätigkeit umfasst unter anderem Überkopfschweissen, Arbeiten in kniender Position sowie Einsätze unter dem Wagenkasten.

Anforderungen

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schweisser, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung mit und verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Schweissen von Schienenfahrzeugen oder vergleichbaren Konstruktionen. Du arbeitest präzise nach Zeichnungen und Normen, bist körperlich belastbar und zeigst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft auch bei anspruchsvollen Arbeitspositionen. Eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Arbeitsweise rundet dein Profil ab.
