Deine Aufgaben ##

Was dich erwartet ####

  • Du moderierst Scrum Events wie Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Plannings, Reviews und Retrospektiven
  • Bei der Umsetzung agiler Prinzipien und Praktiken unterstützt du dein Team aktiv
  • Hindernisse in der Teamarbeit identifizierst und beseitigst du eigenständig
  • Kontinuierlich coachst du das Team hin zu mehr Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung
  • Zur Optimierung der Arbeitstechniken und Prozesse trägst du aktiv bei
  • Eine offene, wertschätzende und zielgerichtete Kommunikation im Team und mit Stakeholdern ist dir wichtig - und dafür setzt du dich ein
  • Für eine transparente Fortschrittskontrolle der Value Streams sorgst du laufend
  • Mit Release Train Engineers, Product Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern arbeitest du eng zusammen, um Strategie und Ausführung aufeinander abzustimmen und in die Teams zu tragen

Deine Skills ##

Was du fachlich mitbringst ####

  • Informatik- oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Abschluss oder verwandte Studienrichtung auf Stufe HF/FH/Uni mit Erfahrung in IT und strukturierten Prozessen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Zertifizierung in der Rolle als Scrum Master, Product Owner oder ähnlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Tools Jira und Confluence
  • Verständnis für agile Werte, Prinzipien und Teamdynamik
  • Grosses Interesse an technischen und fachlichen Themen
