Deine neuen Aufgaben ###

  • Operative SEA-Umsetzung (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) - Kampagnenaufbau, Optimierung und Monitoring basierend auf festgelegter Strategie
  • SEA-Agenturkoordination - Briefings, Qualitätssicherung, Kampagnenumsetzung
  • Landingpage A/B-Testing: Konzeption & Umsetzung - eigenständige Testhypothesen, Setup via Testing-Tool, QS und Auswertung
  • Landingpage A/B-Testing-Roadmap & Agenturkoordination - Analyse von Optimierungspotenzialen, Priorisierung, Prozessentwicklung, Agentur-Briefings und Begleitung

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Operative Kenntnisse Google Ads (Struktur, Prozesse, KPIs); idealerweise erste Erfahrung Microsoft Advertising
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit A/B-Tests auf Landingpages (Hypothese bis Analyse)
  • Fähigkeit, aus Nutzerverhalten und Business-Anforderungen Testhypothesen und Optimierungsmassnahmen abzuleiten.
  • Analytisches, strukturiertes, selbstständiges und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im eCommerce, im Einzelhandel oder in der Möbelbranche
  • Agentur-/Projektkoordinationserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Testing-/Analytics-Tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric o.ä.)
  • HTML/CSS-Grundkenntnisse, idealerweise JavaScript
  • Interesse an AI-Einsatzmöglichkeiten im A/B Testing vorhanden
