Deine Hauptaufgaben Selbstständige operative Abwicklung von internationalen Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung komplexer Transportketten Planung und Abwicklung von Spezial- und Projektverladungen Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Tagesgeschäft Kommunikation und Koordination mit internationalen Agenten, Partnern und Dienstleistern Erstellung, Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Transportdokumenten sowie Zollunterlagen Sicherstellung reibungsloser Transportabläufe sowie Terminüberwachung Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Reedereien sowie weiteren Transportpartnern Kontrolle von Kosten, Frachtraten und Transportkonditionen Unterstützung bei der Optimierung operativer Prozesse und Abläufe Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zoll-, Compliance- und Gefahrgutvorschriften

Dein Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Seefrachtgeschäft einer Speditionslogistik (ca. 10 Jahre oder mehr) Fundierte Erfahrung in der operativen Abwicklung von Seefracht Import und Export Erfahrung in der Organisation komplexer Transporte und Projektverladungen von Vorteil Sehr gute Kenntnisse internationaler Transportprozesse und Dokumentationen Sicherer Umgang mit Zollprozessen und Versanddokumenten Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Speditions- oder Logistiksoftware Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
