A mi- montagne, dans un cadre nature et reposant, "Le Pascali’s" est en perpétuelle évolution. Nous défendons une cuisine juste, authentique et sincère aux inspirations provençales et méditerranéennes. "La convivialité et l’authenticité sont l’ADN de notre structure. La rigueur et la créativité, notre ligne de conduite. Ce n’est pas un concept chez nous. C’est notre identité."

Profil recherché : •Un véritable PILIER portant les mêmes valeurs. •Capable d'avancer en étroite collaboration avec Pascal (chef exécutif et fondateur) •Professionnel solide maîtrisant toutes les recettes de base, techniques de découpe et cuissons. (La chasse et le poisson sont de forts avantages). •Expérience confirmée en établissements raffinés, exigeants et créatifs. •Sachant tenir un service de 40 à 60 cvts, autonome sur son poste, rigoureux et organisé. •Personne aimant transmettre. Sincère, impliquée, sérieuse et sans faux-semblants. •Ouvert d'esprit avec beaucoup d'humour et un brin de folie.

Avoir une voiture est indispensable.
