Reconnue et incontournable depuis plus de 40 ans, Multi Personnel est une agence spécialisée dans la mise à disposition de personnel administratif et de cadres, temporaire et fixe, dans de nombreux secteurs économiques, tels que la banque, sociétés financières, multinationales, ONG, PME et institutions locales. Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Secrétaire administratif-ive - 80%

Mission : ##

  • Assurer la gestion administrative courante et le bon fonctionnement du back-office
  • Accueillir les visiteurs et assurer la gestion des appels téléphoniques et de la correspondance
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers et apporter un soutien aux différents services
  • Effectuer les opérations de comptabilité de base, notamment le traitement et le suivi des factures fournisseurs
  • Assurer ponctuellement des remplacements dans la gestion du cycle des salaires
  • Participer au suivi administratif des ressources humaines
  • Assurer l-encadrement et le suivi des apprentis
  • Veiller à la bonne organisation et au suivi des différentes tâches administratives
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec la direction et les différents interlocuteurs de l-entreprise

Profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou d-une formation jugée équivalente
  • Vous disposez d-une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un environnement de PME suisse
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en comptabilité de base et êtes à l-aise avec les tâches administratives
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils MS Office et connaissance du logiciel Abacus
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • De bonnes connaissances de l-allemand et de l-anglais sont souhaitées
