Description du poste ##

  • Gestion du secrétariat courant et accueil téléphonique
  • Traitement des courriels et de la correspondance
  • Saisie et mise en forme des offres et devis, sur la base des informations transmises par les responsables
  • Établissement et saisie des factures
  • Suivi administratif des offres et des dossiers de chantier
  • Gestion de divers documents administratifs liés aux chantiers
  • Classement et archivage
  • Soutien administratif à la direction et aux responsables techniques

La comptabilité et la gestion des ressources humaines restent prises en charge en interne et ne constituent pas les responsabilités principales de ce poste.

Description du profil ##

- CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente - Expérience dans un poste administratif similaire - Une expérience dans le domaine du bâtiment, de la construction ou d'une entreprise artisanale constitue un atout - Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels - Excellente maîtrise du français - Aisance dans la saisie et la présentation de documents - Personne organisée, précise, fiable et autonome - Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe - Capacité à s'adapter aux besoins et au rythme d'une PME
