Votre mission : Pour l-un de nos clients actif dans la région de Crissier, nous recherchons une secrétaire administrative pour une entreprise de plâtrerie - peinture. Vos missions : \- Gestion de l-accueil, des appels, des e-mails et de la correspondance. \- Gestion commerciale : offres, devis, facturation, paiements et commandes. \- Organisation des rendez-vous et mise à jour des dossiers clients/fournisseurs. \- Suivi administratif des chantiers : documents, métrés, permis et attestations. \- Gestion administrative du personnel : heures, absences, vacances, maladies et salaires.

Votre profil : Les compétences qui sont demandées pour mener à bien votre mission seront : \- Bonne connaissance du secteur de la construction et des chantiers. \- Informatique : maîtrise de Baubit, Atrois et Microsoft Office. \- Organisation : autonomie, rigueur, fiabilité, gestion des priorités, des délais et de plusieurs dossiers simultanément. \- Mobilité : permis de conduire et véhicule appréciés, idéalement domicilié dans le canton de Vaud. Vous êtes une personne organisée, polyvalente, rigoureuse et autonome, avec un bon sens du contact et une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
