Votre mission et vos responsabilités

Votre mission est de participer à l'élaboration, l'actualisation, ainsi qu'à l'application des procédures administratives et comptables pratiquées au sein de la Fondation du Secteur petite enfance Université, selon les directives du Service de la petite enfance et de l'Université de Genève, sous la supervision et en collaboration avec la directrice ou le directeur de secteur. Vos responsabilités : planifier, traiter et organiser le suivi des dossiers familles, procéder à la facturation ; établir les statistiques ; connaissance et maîtrise des logiciels (KIBE, PROCONCEPT) ; tenir la comptabilité générale du secteur, élaboration du bouclement annuel ; trier le courrier ; répondre aux téléphones et orienter les parents ou collaborateurs. Pouvoir remplacer sa collègue pour toutes les opérations RH en cas d'absence.

 

Conditions de candidature

Selon la CCT petite enfance Ville de Genève. Diplôme de comptable ou d'une école de commerce ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. Une expérience en comptabilité. Maîtriser la langue française (écrit, parlé, lu) et les outils informatiques courants (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pouvoir s'exprimer en anglais, un atout. Être capable de s'organiser, de planifier et de contrôler son travail. Être autonome et prendre des initiatives. Avoir le sens de la communication, l'esprit d'équipe et travailler dans la bonne humeur. Avoir une très bonne résistance au stress.
