Description de l'emploi ##

Rattaché à la Direction de l'insertion et des solidarités (DIRIS), le Centre social d'intégration des réfugié·e·s (CSIR) a pour mission d'accompagner socialement et d'assister financièrement les réfugié·e·s statutaires durant leurs premières années de séjour den Suisse. Ouverte depuis 2023, l'équipe de la succursale d'Yverdon-les-Bains œuvre au développement d'un réseau local et de projets d'insertion innovants dans le Nord vaudois et une partie de la Broye-Vully.

Afin de renforcer les compétences de cette équipe pluridisciplinaire et dynamique, le CSIR d'Yverdon recherche un·e secrétaire d'unité.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer le secrétariat du·de la responsable de la succursale d'Yverdon et de son adjoint·e et les appuyer dans leurs activités
  • Gérer le planning et le suivi des dossiers du·de la responsable de succursale ainsi que de son adjoint·e
  • Assurer un soutien administratif aux collaborateurs·trices du CSIR et assumer la gestion des tâches administratives de la succursale
  • Contribuer au fonctionnement et tâches générales du secrétariat de la succursale
  • Gérer la réception et l'accueil téléphonique des usagers·ères, assurer un soutien administratif aux bénéficiaires

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalant
  • Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine administratif, dont 2 ans dans le soutien administratif à la Direction
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants exigée
  • Proactivité primordiale
  • Connaissance d'une ou plusieurs langues du domaine de la migration un atout
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et expression orale
  • Grande orientation client et maîtrise du stress
  • Écoute active et empathie
