Description de l'emploi ##

En qualité de secrétaire d'unité décentralisée, vous participez à la bonne marche de l-établissement primaire d'Echallens - Emile Gardaz et collaborez de manière continue avec les enseignant·e·s, les élèves et les parents. Ainsi vous contribuerez non seulement à l'efficacité administrative, mais aussi au succès global de la mission éducative confiée à l-enseignement obligatoire vaudois.  

Responsabilités ##

  • Collaborer aux activités courantes du secrétariat
  • Collaborer au suivi administratif relatif aux aspects organisationnels et administratifs du suivi des élèves
  • Collaborer au suivi administratif relatif aux aspects organisationnels et administratifs des classes, options, cours facultatifs et examens
  • Assurer la planification et la réalisation des activités de l-échéancier qui lui sont confiées
  • Participer à la gestion administrative dans le domaine du personnel

L'horaire de travail est annualisé et une souplesse dans les horaires est demandée afin de répondre aux besoins de l'établissement scolaire.

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou titre équivalent exigé
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire de 3 ans
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LAGAPEO) exigé
  • Sens des responsabilités, de l-organisation et maîtrise de soi
  • Capacité d-adaptation et flexibilité
  • Ecoute, communication et esprit d-entraide
  • Capacités rédactionnelles et éthique du service public

La Direction générale de l-enseignement obligatoire et de la pédagogie spécialisée (DGEO) assure la scolarisation des enfants de 4 à 15 ans et les prestations de pédagogie spécialisée des jeunes de 0 à 20 ans. Nos équipes réunissent des professionnelles et des professionnels de la pédagogie, de la psychologie, psychomotricité et logopédie en milieu scolaire, ainsi que des ressources humaines, de l-organisation du système scolaire, de l-administration, des systèmes d-information et des finances. Dans un environnement riche et diversifié, toutes et tous travaillent pour et avec les 93 établissements ordinaires et les 19 établissements de pédagogie spécialisée.
