About Our Client ##

Notre client est une fondation de petite taille située à Lausanne, opérant dans le secteur public.

Job Description ##

En tant que Secrétaire de Direction, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Coordination des instances de gouvernance

  • Organiser et coordonner les séances du Conseil de Fondation.
  • Préparer les dossiers et assurer leur gestion dans WeDo.
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux de séance - souvent complexes et longues - avec rigueur et assurer le suivi des décisions prises.

Gestion du secrétariat

  • Rédiger diverses correspondances, présentations et procédures.
  • Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et la gestion du courrier.
  • Gérer la documentation et les archives.
  • Coordonner la logistique administrative et les fournitures de bureau.

Assistanat de direction

  • Gérer l'agenda, les rendez-vous et les déplacements de la direction.
  • Suivre certains dossiers et contribuer à des projets transversaux.

Communication institutionnelle

  • Assurer la liaison avec l'agence de communication.
  • Réaliser la veille médiatique et participer à la mise à jour du site internet.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que Secrétaire ou Assistant de Direction;
  • Expérience impérative dans le domaine public, para-public ou communal;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit et excellente expression et rédaction en français;
  • Bonnes connaissances en outils informatiques (MS Office, outils de gestion) ;
  • Compétences rédactionnelles sans faille; appétence pour la prise de procès-verbaux et esprit de synthèse;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, proactive et dans un rythme dynamique;
  • Sens de la confidentialité et discrétion ;
  • Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur à but non lucratif.
