Introduction ##

Le Grand Conseil communal de la ville d'Adliswil est composé de 36 membres issus de huit partis différents. En tant que parlement, le Grand Conseil communal adopte chaque année le budget de la ville d'Adliswil, fixe la charge fiscale, crée les conditions cadres pour le développement urbain et décide des offres et services de la ville au bénéfice des habitantes et habitants. Le Grand Conseil communal dispose de quatre commissions permanentes qui se réunissent à des intervalles différents. Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir

Voici vos tâches ##

Dans cette fonction, vous rédigez les procès-verbaux des réunions des commissions et les établissez conformément aux directives données dans les dix jours suivant chaque séance. La participation aux réunions en soirée est une condition préalable à cette activité ; celles-ci ont généralement lieu environ une fois par semaine.

Ce que nous attendons de vous ##

Pour pouvoir assumer cette tâche, vous disposez de solides connaissances en allemand, d'un bon sens de la langue, de compétences en informatique (Word) et d'un ordinateur personnel pour le traitement des documents Word.
