VOS MISSIONS ------------ \* Gérer les réservations et établir les contrats de location. \* Accueillir et renseigner les clients avant et pendant leur séjour. \* Organiser les arrivées et assurer la remise des clés. \* Planifier et coordonner les nettoyages des appartements et chalets entre les locations. \* Coordonner le suivi de petites réparations ainsi que le remplacement de matériel dans les logements. \* Effectuer les décomptes de location et assurer le suivi des taxes de séjour. \* Assurer diverses tâches administratives courantes, notamment la gestion des paiements. \* Collaborer au quotidien avec l'équipe de l'agence et les différents intervenants. VOTRE PROFIL ------------ \* CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou formation équivalente; toute formation continue complémentaire constitue un atout. \* Vous êtes organisé·e et rigoureux·se. \* Vous avez le sens de l'accueil et du service client. \* Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants. \* Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise en français. La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle. \* Une expérience dans l'immobilier, le tourisme ou un poste administratif similaire constitue un avantage.
