La clinique Im Hasel AG est une clinique spécialisée en psychiatrie et psychothérapie avec un mandat cantonal pour le traitement des troubles liés à la dépendance et aux traumatismes. En tant qu'établissement reconnu par les caisses maladie et faisant partie de la liste cantonale des hôpitaux, nous offrons un traitement de haute qualité, fondé sur des preuves et humainement attentif à nos patient·e·s.

Avec environ 170 collaborateurs engagés sur trois sites - notre clinique stationnaire à Gontenschwil, l-ambulatorium et la clinique de jour à Lenzburg ainsi que l-ambulatorium spécialisé en traumatologie à Baden - nous allions compétence professionnelle et collaboration interdisciplinaire respectueuse.

Secrétaire (h/f/d), 80 %

Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir un·e secrétaire pour notre site de Gontenschwil.

Vos tâches

  • Gestion des rendez-vous
  • Planification du personnel thérapeutique et médical
  • Accueil
  • Soutien et coordination du reporting
  • Aide à la gestion du standard téléphonique
  • Contacts variés et exigeants avec les patient·e·s, leurs proches et tous les autres visiteurs
  • Remplacement des collègues pendant les congés

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée d-assistant·e médical·e avec formation commerciale complémentaire ou employé·e de commerce CFC avec expérience professionnelle en milieu hospitalier/clinique
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles
  • Connaissances approfondies des logiciels Office/ERP/SIS
  • Maîtrise impeccable de l-allemand
  • Personne flexible et résistante, responsable et autonome
  • Discrétion et fiabilité
  • Nous souhaitons une attitude fondée sur l-estime et le respect dans le contact avec nos patient·e·s.
