Description du poste --------------------

Intégré\-e au sein de notre équipe médicale, vous assurerez un rôle clé dans l'accueil et la prise en charge administrative de nos patient\-e\-s :

  • Gestion des rendez\-vous pour différents examens d'imagerie médicale (radiographie, IRM, scanner, échographie, mammographie\-)
  • Préparation administrative et organisation des dossiers patients avant les examens
  • Vérification des prescriptions médicales et coordination avec les radiologues et techniciens en radiologie
  • Gestion des consentements et informations des patients sur le déroulement des examens
  • Saisie et archivage des résultats d'imagerie, transmission sécurisée aux médecins traitants
  • Suivi des protocoles et procédures spécifiques à la radiologie (sécurité, radioprotection, confidentialité)
  • Coordination avec les laboratoires et services annexes pour les examens combinés
  • Accueil et accompagnement des patients, y compris ceux nécessitant un soutien particulier (personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite)

Qualifications --------------

  • Diplôme de secrétaire médicale indispensable
  • Expérience confirmée de secrétaire médical\-e, idéalement en radiologie
  • Anglais obligatoire minimum B1
  • Maîtrise de la terminologie médicale et des outils informatiques
  • Esprit d'entraide et de collaboration
  • Dynamisme, réactivité, proactivité et rapidité d'exécution
  • Sens du contact
  • Très bonne gestion du stress et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Flexibilité
  • Excellente présentation
