Reconnu pour son excellence diagnostique, son haut niveau de service auprès des patient\-e\-s et son engagement dans la R\&D, le groupe r\éunit aujourd’hui plus de 280 professionnel\-le\-s de la santé, dont près de 60 médecins radiologues et une cardiologue.

Secrétaire médicale

Descriptif du poste

Votre mission

Premier point de contact des patient·e·s et des prescripteur·rice·s, vous assurez un accueil chaleureux et professionnel, la gestion administrative des dossiers médicaux ainsi que la coordination des rendez\-vous au sein du centre.

Vos responsabilités

  • Accueillir, informer et orienter les patient·e·s avec une attitude orientée service, en gérant les situations difficiles avec diplomatie et empathie
  • Assurer l'accueil téléphonique du centre et via le Call Center groupe, planifier les examens et gérer les agendas
  • Créer, compléter et mettre à jour les dossiers informatiques des patient·e·s via Xplore
  • Contrôler la conformité des dossiers (données assurances LAMal, LAA, AI), effectuer les relances nécessaires
  • Assurer la facturation et l'encaissement via EOpale en appliquant les bases tarifaires TARDOC
  • Vérifier l'envoi sécurisé des rapports médicaux aux prescripteur·rice·s et gérer les éventuelles corrections
  • Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux·elles collaborateur·rice·s et à l'amélioration continue des prestations

Profil recherché

Votre profil

  • Diplôme de secrétaire médical·e ou titre jugé équivalent (CFC d'employé·e de commerce accepté)
  • Expérience avérée dans le secrétariat médical, idéalement en radiologie
  • Excellente expression orale et écrite, écoute active, sens du service et de l'accueil
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques ; connaissance du système de santé suisse (LAMal, LAA, AI)
  • Autonomie, organisation, flexibilité et esprit d'équipe
  • Discrétion et sens strict de la confidentialité
