La cardiologie non invasive regroupe les examens d-imagerie cardiaque, les explorations fonctionnelles ainsi que le suivi des patients porteurs de pacemakers. Elle contribue également à la prise en charge de patients dans le cadre de la réhabilitation cardiaque.

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement médical exigeant, moderne et pluridisciplinaire, au sein d-une équipe engagée et dynamique ? Nous vous offrons l-opportunité de rejoindre notre équipe de cardiologie non invasive en qualité de :

Secrétaire Médicale en Cardiologie non invasive CDMax 10 mois à 80% (ref : 2002)

 

Véritable interface entre les patients, les médecins et les différents intervenants, vous assurez la gestion administrative quotidienne et contribuez au bon fonctionnement du service.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Accueillir, informer et orienter les patients avec professionnalisme et bienveillance ;
  • Assurer la prise de rendez-vous et la gestion des agendas médicaux ;
  • Organiser les examens cardiologiques et les différents tests ;
  • Rédiger et mettre en forme les rapports médicaux ;
  • Effectuer la facturation des consultations selon Tarmed et en tarif privé sur Opale ;
  • Assurer diverses tâches administratives en collaboration avec les médecins et les cadres ;
  • Participer activement à la qualité et à la fluidité de la prise en charge administrative des patients.

Votre profil ###

Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et autonome, avec un excellent sens du contact et du service.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

  • Un diplôme en secrétariat médical ou dans le domaine administratif ;
  • Une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques et de MS Office ;
  • De solides capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités ;
  • D'excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles ;
  • Une personnalité polyvalente, responsable et proactive ;
  • Une excellente présentation et un grand sens de la discrétion ;
  • Une capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et pluridisciplinaire.

La connaissance des logiciels institutionnels tels qu-Opale, Carefolio, CardioReport ou Xplore constitue un réel atout.
