Responsabilités

  • Gestion des lettres de sorties (corrections, standards gériatriques à compléter, suivi).
  • Scannage et enregistrement des documents pour dossiers patients (SIC).
  • Standard téléphonique.
  • Générer les résumés de colloques pluridisciplinaires.
  • Organiser les colloques de famille.
  • Etablissement d-ordonnance et de certificats.
  • Gestion des formations post-graduées pour les médecins en formation (invitation-programme-contacts).
  • Accueil des médecins internes et CDC et préparation - transmission du kit (enveloppe).
  • Mise à jour du l-espace réservé aux médecins des différents services sur Extranet pour les formations et la documentation inhérente au service.

Qualifications

  • CFC d-employé·e de commerce avec un diplôme de secrétaire médical·e ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience de quelques années en qualité de secrétaire médical·e dans le domaine de gériatrie serait un atout.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française et de la terminologie médicale.
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Connaissances du logiciel SIC (un atout).
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation, sens des priorités et de l-initiative.
  • Personnalité dynamique sachant travailler de manière autonome.
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour remplacer les collègues en cas d-absence.
