Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients le profil suivant :\\ \\Secrétaire pour une entreprise de plâtrerie\\-peinture\\ =========================================================== \\Votre mission : Gestion de l'accueil, des appels, des e\\-mails et de la correspondance. Gestion commerciale : offres, devis, facturation, paiements et commandes. Organisation des rendez\\-vous et mise à jour des dossiers clients/fournisseurs. Suivi administratif des chantiers : documents, métrés, permis et attestations. Gestion administrative du personnel : heures, absences, vacances, maladies et salaires. Communication avec clients, fournisseurs, architectes et autres intervenants. Classement, archivage et gestion des tâches administratives courantes. Soutien à la direction dans l'organisation et le suivi de l'entreprise.\\ \\Votre profil : Expérience : Solide expérience en plâtrerie\\-peinture et bonne connaissance du secteur de la construction et des chantiers. Compétences administratives : maîtrise des devis, offres, factures, situations de travaux, métrés et suivi des débiteurs. Informatique : maîtrise de Baubit, Atrois et Microsoft Office. Organisation : autonomie, rigueur, fiabilité, gestion des priorités, des délais et de plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Communication : excellent français écrit et oral, bonne orthographe et aisance avec clients, fournisseurs, architectes et collaborateurs. Qualités personnelles : sens des responsabilités, discrétion, résistance au stress, esprit d'initiative, capacité à résoudre les imprévus et sens du service.
