Suite au départ de la titulaire du poste, Pro Senectute Arc Jurassien met au concours pour son site de La Chaux-de-Fonds un poste de :

Secrétaire social·e à 40%

Missions : Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de la consultation sociale et assurez un soutien administratif essentiel à son bon fonctionnement. Vous êtes également un point de contact important pour les personnes âgées et leurs proches.

Tâches principales : - Assurer pour l’ensemble de l’équipe sociale du site, de manière autonome et déléguée, les tâches administratives du domaine social. - Collaborer étroitement avec les assistants·es sociaux·ales dans le suivi des dossiers. - Accueillir, renseigner et orienter les personnes prenant contact avec le service en présentiel et par téléphone. - Assurer les tâches administratives courantes relatives au secrétariat du site. - Assurer la gestion de notre service de bénévoles "impôts"

Profil recherché : - CFC d'employé·e de commerce avec une excellente maîtrise des outils Office. - Connaissances en assurances sociales ou disposition à suivre une formation ad hoc. - Aptitudes de communication et d'écoute, de travail au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et grande capacité d’organisation. - Aisance rédactionnelle, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse. - Sensibilité à la problématique des personnes âgées et facilité de contacts. - La connaissance du réseau médico-social est un atout. - La maîtrise d’autres langues constitue un plus.
