Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir erfahrene und zuverlässige Mitarbeitende im Sicherheitsdienst für verschiedene langfristige Kunden- und Dauereinsätze.

Wir bieten dir eine langfristige Perspektive in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld mit unterschiedlichen Einsatzgebieten und der Möglichkeit, bei entsprechender Leistung und Eignung Verantwortung als Teamleiter/in zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben:

  • Sicherheits- und Bewachungsaufgaben
  • Kontroll- und Überwachungsdienste
  • Zutritts- und Eingangskontrollen
  • Kontrollgänge und Präsenzdienste
  • Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Ordnung
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und Besuchern
  • Erstellung von Rapporten, Einsatzberichten und Dokumentationen
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Büroarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Meldungen und Ereignissen
  • Je nach Funktion Koordination und Unterstützung des Einsatzteams
  • Einsätze im Tag-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienst
  • Unterschiedliche Einsatzorte und Aufgabenbereiche je nach Kundenauftrag

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst
  • Sehr guter bzw. einwandfreier Leumund
  • Erfahrung in der Rapportierung und Dokumentation
  • Gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und diskrete Persönlichkeit
  • Körperlich fit und belastbar
  • Gepflegtes und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft für Tag-, Nacht- und Wochenendeinsätze
  • Mobil und bereit, an verschiedenen Einsatzorten zu arbeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und disziplinierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
