Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Sekretär:in für unseren Standort in Gontenschwil.

Die Klinik Im Hasel AG ist eine psychiatrisch\-psychotherapeutische Fachklinik mit kantonalem Leistungsauftrag zur Behandlung von Sucht\- und Traumafolgestörungen. Als krankenkassenanerkannte Einrichtung und Teil der kantonalen Spitalliste bieten wir eine hochwertige, evidenzbasierte und menschlich zugewandte Behandlung für unsere Patient:innen. Mit rund 170 engagierten Mitarbeitenden an drei Standorten – unserer stationären Klinik in Gontenschwil, dem Ambulatorium und der Tagesklinik in Lenzburg sowie dem traumaspezifischen Ambulatorium in Baden – verbinden wir fachliche Kompetenz mit einer wertschätzenden und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Terminmanagement
  • Personaleinsatzplanung der therapeutischen und ärztlichen Mitarbeitenden
  • Empfang
  • Unterstützung und Koordination des Berichtswesens
  • Unterstützung bei der Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Kontakte mit Patientinnen und Patienten, deren Angehörigen und allen weiteren Besuchern
  • Ferienvertretung der Arbeitskolleginnen

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/\-r Praxisassistent/\-in mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder Kauffrau/ EFZ mit Berufserfahrung im Spital\-/Klinikumfeld * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit * fundierte Office\-/ERP\-/KIS Anwenderkenntnisse * Stilsicheres Deutsch * flexible und belastbare Person mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative * Verschwiegenheit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit * Wir wünschen uns eine Grundhaltung, die geprägt ist von Wertschätzung und Respekt im Umgang mit unseren Patient:innen. Sie bezeichnen sich als Dienstleister aus innerster Überzeugung mit einer offenen und herzlichen .
