Für das Sekretariat der Intensivpflege suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort Triemli per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du erledigst selbständig sämtliche administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Sekretariat der Intensivstation und bist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für das gesamte Team.
  • Du verantwortest die administrative Unterstützung in der Personaladministration mit.
  • Du bearbeitest Dokumentationen und unterstützt in der Datenerfassung.
  • Du bist zuständig für das Bestellwesen.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Selbständige, gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Offene, dienstleistungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer Prise Humor
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Arbeitstage nach Absprache, im Idealfall täglich am Vormittag
