Das Hotel Hemizeus & Iremia Spa in Zermatt ist ein idyllisch gelegenes 3-Sterne-Superior-Hotel mit 41 stilvoll eingerichteten Doppelzimmern, Suiten und Ferienwohnungen. Der hauseigene Iremia Spa auf 255 m² lädt mit zwei Saunen, einem Dampfbad, einem Whirlpool sowie einem großzügigen Ruheraum mit beeindruckendem Matterhornblick zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Das ebenfalls zum Haus gehörende Restaurant Genepy ist ein renommiertes À-la-carte-Restaurant und steht für saisonale, frisch zubereitete Küche mit anspruchsvoller Handschrift und viel Liebe zum Detail.

Wir bieten eine Stelle als Rezeptionistin 100%/5 Tage Woche an;

Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört • Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste • Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservationen • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz in Deutsch und weiteren Sprachen • Erstellung und Organisation der täglichen Zimmerlisten für das Housekeeping • Koordination und Planung der Arbeitsaufträge für Hausmeister, Fahrer und weitere interne Dienste • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gästedaten sowie administrative Tätigkeiten • Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und professionelle Reklamationsbehandlung • Unterstützung bei der Organisation des täglichen Hotelbetriebs und Sicherstellung eines optimalen Informationsflusses

Du überzeugst durch Dein • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, im Tourismus oder im kaufmännischen Bereich • Berufserfahrung an der Réception oder im Gästeservice von Vorteil • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität • Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten • Teamgeist sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Technik, Service und weiteren Abteilungen • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsverständnis • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch sind von Vorteil • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware (z. B. Casablanca, Protel, Mews oder einem PMS) ist von Vorteil • Flexibilität
