Mitwirken

  • Empfang und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten im ambulanten und stationären Ablauf
  • Entgegennahme/Bearbeitung von Telefonanfragen inkl. Auskunftserteilung und Auftragskoordination
  • Planung und Vereinbarung von Therapieterminen
  • Verantwortung für sämtliche administrativen Tätigkeiten rund um die Therapie inkl. Materialbestellung
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit mit den internen und externen Zuweisern

Mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Arztsekretär:in
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, sowie selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Arbeitseinsätze im Rahmen von Ferien- und Abwesenheitsvertretungen
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil; zB. Englisch / Italienisch ggf. Französisch.
