Neben einer kompetenten und persönlichen Beratung, bieten wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden tagtäglich ein umfassendes Getränke\-, Frische\-, Food\- und Non\-Food\-Sortiment zu besten Konditionen an.

Sektorleiter/\-in Frischmarkt 100% ==================================

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Entwicklung von rund 7 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Metzgerei, Molkerei, Früchte und Gemüse
  • Koordination und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Erstellen der Einsatzplanung und bedarfsgerechte Einteilung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen, begleiten der Mitarbeitenden im Arbeitsalltag und gezielte Förderung ihrer Weiterentwicklung
  • Übernehmen einer aktiven Vorbildfunktion und schaffen eines motivierenden, wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfelds
  • Sicherstellen der Verkaufsbereitschaft und optimalen Warenpräsentation in den Frischebereichen
  • Fachkundiges Beraten und Bedienen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Telefonverkauf
  • Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung von Saison\- und Aktionsausstellungen
  • Arbeiten im Frischebereich bei ca. 15 °C sowie Bewirtschaften der Tiefkühlprodukte bei ca. 20°C

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in einer Führungs\- oder koordinativen Funktion, idealerweise im \- oder Detailhandel
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Organisation, Koordination und Priorisierung
  • Sicheres und wertschätzendes Auftreten sowie Freude an Mitarbeitergesprächen und täglicher Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung im \- oder Detailhandel; Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Metzgerei, Molkerei, Früchte und Gemüse von Vorteil
  • Eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel, Grosshandel, in der Lebensmittelbranche oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit; in unserem Grosshandel werden Produkte mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 25 kg bewegt
