Was du bewegst

  • Gründung einer eigenen Firma und Betreibung unseres Shops mit dem eigenen Kapital
  • Verantwortung für die operative Geschäftsführung des Standortes
  • Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des Shopgeschäfts
  • Zielorientierte Führung und Förderung Deines Teams, inkl. eigenständiger Rekrutierung
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung des migrolino Konzeptes und Einhaltung der Standards
  • Verantwortung für die Gewinnung von neuen Kunden sowie der betriebswirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse, Umsätze und Kosten
  • Kontrolle sowie Verbesserungen der Ablauforganisation \- in Zusammenarbeit mit der migrolino AG
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Durchsetzung des Gesundheitsschutzes, der Arbeitssicherheit und der Hygienevorschriften
  • Durch die gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hauptsitz erreichst oder übertriffst Du die vereinbarten Budgetziele

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Abgeschlossene Grund\- oder Zusatzausbildung im Detailhandel, der Gastronomie, der Reisebranche oder dem Tankstellengeschäft mit anschliessender erfolgreicher Berufslaufbahn
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Detailhandel mit Lebensmittel, in der Gastronomie oder im Tourismus
  • Erfahrung im Retail (idealerweise Convenience\-Segment)
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und betriebswirtschaftliches Know\-how
  • Hohes Verantwortungsgefühl in Bezug auf den Geschäftsgang, Mitarbeitern und Kundenbetreuung
  • Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft als Verkaufs\- und Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Teamorientiertes, Offenes und flexibles Denken und Handeln
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung und Schulung (Lernbereitschaft und \-fähigkeit)
  • Finanzielle Mittel zur Finanzierung der Waren und der Führung des Betriebs von CHF150'000\.\-
  • Deutsch (A2\)
  • Italienisch (C1\)
