Was du bei uns bewegst

Mit deiner empathischen und charmanten Kommunikation sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Kundschaft bei jedem Kontakt, egal ob schriftlich oder am Telefon, bestens abgeholt und verstanden fühlt Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung von komplexen Eskalationen, die den regulären Supportrahmen überschreiten. Du arbeitest an strategischen Projekten wie der Implementierung von KI-Lösungen und nimmst an Produkttestings teil. Enablement neuer Teammitglieder liegt dir im Blut, sodass du das Onboarding mit Begeisterung gestaltest. Du bringst dein Wissen kontinuierlich ins Team ein, um unsere Supportprozesse stetig zu verbessern.

Dein Rucksack für diese Stelle

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder Ausbildung (vorzugsweise KV, Detailhandel, Kontaktcenter etc.) bildet deine Basis. Du bringst 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Kundenkontakt mit. Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (Französisch/Italienisch von Vorteil). Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce, ist für diese Rolle ein Pluspunkt. Du unterstützt neue Teammitglieder mit viel Begeisterung, Geduld und fundiertem Fachwissen beim Start. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
