Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Ihre Hauptverantwortung umfasst die Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Monatsabschlüsse 
  • Ausserdem haben Sie die Verantwortung über die Personaladministration, Lohnverarbeitung und Unterstützung bei Rekrutierungsprozessen
  • Sie analysieren betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und erstellen aussagekräftige Reports für das Management zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit erfolgt mit internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Abläufen sowie zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finanz- und HR-Strukturen
  • Sie begleiten Projekte im Finanz- und Personalbereich mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Prozessverbesserung

Auf folgende Annehmlichkeiten dürfen Sie sich zusätzlich freuen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- oder HR-Bereich wie Fachausweis im Rechnungswesen oder Personalwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich kombiniert mit fundierten Kenntnissen in HR-Prozessen sowie sicherem Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie versierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist prägen Ihren Arbeitsstil und sorgen für eine angenehme Zusammenarbeit im Alltag
