Für unsere Auftraggeberin, ein etabliertes und unabhängiges Unternehmen im Versicherungsumfeld mit Sitz in Zürich, suchen wir im exklusiven Mandatsauftrag eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit (w/m/d), die fachliche Verantwortung übernehmen und den Finanzbereich aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Ob Sie heute bereits auf Unternehmensseite tätig sind oder den Schritt aus der Wirtschaftsprüfung ins Accounting suchen: In dieser neu geschaffenen Position erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO und echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting (80–100%)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Nebenbücher
  • Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung der Rechnungslegung nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Financial und regulatorischen Reportings
  • Unterstützung des CFO bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Analysen
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Abschluss\- und Finanzprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs\- und Automatisierungsprojekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Accounting, Financial Reporting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach OR; Swiss GAAP FER von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Versicherungs\-, Finanzdienstleistungs\- oder einem anderen regulierten Umfeld ist ein Plus
  • Abschlusssicherheit und Freude an einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute ERP\- und Excel\-Kenntnisse
