Job Description ##

  • Selbständige Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung einer oder mehrerer Gruppengesellschaften
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und IFRS
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte und termingerechte Führung des Hauptbuchs
  • Durchführung von Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Bilanzabstimmungen und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von IFRS-Reporting-Packages für die Konzernzentrale
  • Unterstützung bei Konzernkonsolidierung und konzernweiten Accounting-Themen
  • Analyse und Beurteilung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle nach IFRS
  • Betreuung ausgewählter Accounting-Themen wie Leasing, Anlagevermögen, Rückstellungen, Fremdwährungen und Intercompany
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten MWST-Abwicklung in der Schweiz sowie Unterstützung bei internationalen MWST-Fragestellungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Revisionen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Group Finance sowie internen Ansprechpartnern aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen, Kontrollen und internen Richtlinien
  • Mitarbeit bei Finance-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung, ERP und Prozessoptimierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von konzernweiten IFRS Accounting Policies
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und Fachthemen
  • Perspektivische Übernahme von fachlicher und personeller Führungsverantwortung innerhalb des Accounting-Teams

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, beispielsweise eidg. Fachausweis, oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IFRS und OR
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erfahrung mit Intercompany Accounting und Konzernreporting
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer MWST; internationale MWST-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise SAP sowie MS Office/Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Prozesse nicht nur auszuführen, sondern aktiv zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, Projektleitung oder im Coaching von Kolleginnen und Kollegen von Vorteil
  • Ambition und Interesse, sich mittelfristig in eine Führungsposition im Accounting zu entwickeln
