Pour le compte d'une société de trading en plein développement à Genève, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Accountant pour renforcer la fonction Finance.

poste s'adresse avant tout à un profil opérationnel et autonome, capable de prendre en main la comptabilité au quotidien et de contribuer à la structuration progressive de la fonction Finance. Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) hands\-on, à l'aise dans un environnement de trading.

Vos missions : \- Assurer la comptabilité générale et les clôtures mensuelles/annuelles selon les normes suisses. \- Gérer les rapprochements bancaires, paiements, encaissements, fournisseurs et clients. \- Préparer les reportings financiers et assurer la fiabilité des données comptables. \- Suivre la trésorerie, le cash\-flow et le besoin en fonds de roulement liés aux opérations de trading. \- Participer au suivi de la rentabilité des transactions et à l'analyse financière. \- Collaborer avec les fiduciaires, auditeurs et partenaires externes. \- Contribuer à la mise en place d'outils, procédures et reportings adaptés à la croissance de l'entreprise.

profil recherché : \- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité en Suisse. \- Expérience en commodity trading, négoce international ou trade finance ou fortement appréciée. \- Disponible rapidement ou avec un court délai de préavis idéalement. \- Solide maîtrise de la comptabilité suisse et des processus de clôture. \- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec un ERP/comptabilité. \- çais courant et bon niveau d'Anglais. \- Autonomie, rigueur et véritable orientation opérationnelle.
