Anforderungen Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Einführung und Skalierung von Automatisierungs-, AI- oder Agentic-AI-Lösungen in Enterprise-Umgebungen und hast erfolgreich komplexe Vorhaben mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern begleitet Beratungs- und Stakeholder-Kompetenz: Du bewegst dich sicher zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Management. Dabei gelingt es dir, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen, komplexe Themen verständlich zu kommunizieren und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu begleiten Aus- / Weiterbildung: Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Technologie- und Architekturkompetenz: Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen AI, intelligente Automatisierung und Enterprise-Architekturen mit. Du verstehst, wie moderne AI-Lösungen konzipiert, betrieben und skaliert werden, und kannst Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige und skalierbare Lösungsarchitekturen übersetzen Tools / Technologien: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen AI-Plattformen wie Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Foundry Agent Service und der Power Platform. Zudem kennst du dich mit Agent-Orchestrierung, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG sowie modernen Frameworks und Methoden zur Entwicklung agentischer Systeme aus Integrationskompetenz: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Integration von Unternehmensanwendungen und Datenquellen und verstehst, wie AI-Lösungen sicher, skalierbar und nachhaltig in bestehende Systemlandschaften eingebunden werden. Dabei bewegst du dich sicher im Umfeld von SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Cloud-Plattformen und modernen Schnittstellen-Technologien Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil Personality Fit: Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, Business und Technologie erfolgreich zu verbinden
