Ton défi

  • Analyse, collecte et documentation des exigences métier dans le domaine de la conformité (notamment AML, KYC, sanctions, conformité fiscale et cross-border)
  • Traduction des exigences métier en concepts fonctionnels, user stories et solutions système pratiques en étroite collaboration avec l-IT
  • Analyse, optimisation et digitalisation des processus de conformité ainsi que co-conception de processus cibles efficaces
  • Planification, exécution et coordination des tests fonctionnels (UAT) ainsi que garantie de la qualité des adaptations système
  • Participation et direction de projets liés à la conformité ainsi que coordination de diverses parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Collaboration étroite avec les départements conformité, IT, équipes projets et prestataires externes pour le développement du paysage des systèmes de conformité

Ton profil

  • Formation achevée ou formation continue en économie d-entreprise, informatique de gestion ou banque (université/HES/HE)
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le secteur bancaire, idéalement à l-interface entre le métier et l-IT
  • Bonne compréhension des sujets réglementaires et des processus de conformité
  • Maîtrise des méthodes en ingénierie des exigences et gestion de projet (agile et classique)
  • Connaissances approfondies des applications bancaires spécifiques, notamment Avaloq et Appway, ainsi qu-expérience avec les systèmes de conformité et de monitoring
  • Capacité à traduire des textes juridiques/réglementaires complexes en processus système logiques
  • Rapidité de compréhension des contextes complexes et transversaux aux systèmes
  • Communication adaptée aux destinataires - du développeur IT au management
  • Initiative personnelle, méthode de travail structurée et force de persuasion
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
