Senior Associate Insolvenzrecht \& Restrukturierungen 80–100% Ihre Aufgaben Beratung von Gläubigern und Schuldnern in nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden Sanierungs\-, Restrukturierungs\- und Insolvenzverfahren Mitwirkung in Nachlassverfahren und Konkursen, einschliesslich komplexer Verfahren und Bankenkonkursen Führung von Kollokations\-, Anfechtungs\- und Verantwortlichkeitsprozessen sowie Begleitung von Zwangsvollstreckungsmassnahmen (Arrest\- und Betreibungsverfahren) Beratung und Begleitung von Verwaltungsräten, Geschäftsleitungen und weiteren Entscheidungsträgern in Krisen\- und Konfliktsituationen Mitwirkung bei regulatorischen Untersuchungen im Finanzmarktbereich Bei Interesse und Bedarf Mitarbeit im Bereich Litigation sowie in weiteren Rechtsgebieten Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium mit Anwaltspatent und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Insolvenzrecht und Restrukturierungen, idealerweise in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei. Sie schätzen den direkten Kontakt zu Klientschaft und Behörden und denken unternehmerisch. Dank analytischer Stärke, strukturierter Arbeitsweise, Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und einem pragmatischen Lösungsansatz behalten Sie auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. Sie überzeugen durch ein sicheres Auftreten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist. Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
