Ce que tu accompliras

  • Tu conseilles nos clientes et clients de manière compétente et globale sur toutes les questions relatives à la prévoyance, à la retraite et à la planification financière.
  • Dans le dialogue personnel, tu identifies les besoins individuels et les potentiels d-optimisation, et développes des solutions de prévoyance adaptées.
  • Tu élabores et présentes de manière autonome des plans financiers sur mesure et des conseils thématiques - adaptés à la situation personnelle de nos clientes et clients.
  • Tu conseilles stratégiquement nos équipes de conseillers clientèle, les accompagnes lors des réunions de vente et les soutiens dans la planification et l-analyse de leurs portefeuilles clients.
  • En tant qu-expert régional en prévoyance, tu es une personne de contact importante pour les clientes, clients et collaborateurs. Tu partages également tes connaissances lors de formations et d-événements clients.
  • Tu travailles un à deux jours par semaine en équipe à Saint-Gall. Le reste du temps, tu es actif dans la région de Zurich et/ou Rapperswil et es l-interlocuteur principal pour cette région.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu disposes d-un diplôme universitaire ou d-une haute école spécialisée.
  • Tu t-es formé dans le domaine de la planification financière et de la prévoyance.
  • Tu apportes une longue expérience en planification financière - idéalement complétée par des connaissances en Private Banking ou dans le conseil aux entrepreneurs et cadres.
  • Des connaissances en produits bancaires et d-assurance ainsi qu-en fiscalité t-aident à conseiller les clientes et clients de manière globale.
  • Avec ta force de communication, ton empathie et ton orientation client, tu crées la confiance et convaincs dans le contact avec différents groupes cibles.
