Senior Business Analyst /Digitales Onboading / Produkteröffnung /100%/ ZH Projektfokus: Für ein interdisziplinäres DevOps\-Team in Zürich suchen wir eine Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer zur Weiterentwicklung digitaler Onboarding\- und Produkteröffnungsprozesse. Im Fokus stehen die Analyse und Optimierung von Kundenprozessen entlang des gesamten Customer Lifecycles sowie deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung in digitalen Anwendungen. Start zu 100% in Zürich für 12 Monate.

Aufgaben:

  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und deren Machbarkeit
  • Entwicklung und Bewertung zukunftsorientierter Lösungsansätze unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Risiken
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in Fachspezifikationen, Features und User Stories
  • Aktive Begleitung von Umsetzung, Testing und Einführung
  • Unterstützung im Betrieb sowie Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Defects
  • Planung und Moderation von Workshops mit relevanten Fach\- und IT\-Stakeholdern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Engineering, Product Management, Fachspezialist, DevOps und IT\-Architektur

Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Business Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business und IT
  • Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Banking \& Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Client Onboarding, digitaler Produkteröffnung oder Client Lifecycle Management, idealerweise im Finanzumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in fachlichen und prozessualen Themen wie KYC, Reviews oder Mutationsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder SAFe
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Applikationen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigke
