und baue mit uns ein zukunftsrelevantes Geschäftsfeld auf. Bei IVF HARTMANN entwickeln wir Lösungen dort, wo Menschen Unterstützung benötigen. Für den strategischen Aufbau unseres Bereichs Medical Nutrition suchen wir eine fachlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit, die Ernährungsberatung, Marktaufbau und Kundenentwicklung miteinander verbindet. In dieser neu geschaffenen Funktion gestaltest du den Aufbau eines strategisch wichtigen Geschäftsfelds und die Zukunft der künstlichen Ernährung in der Schweiz aktiv mit.

 

Als Senior Business Development Manager:in Medical Nutrition übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau unseres Geschäftsfelds Medical Nutrition. Du entwickelst Markt-, Kunden- und Vertriebskonzepte, analysierst Potenziale und setzt gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern nachhaltige Lösungen für die künstliche Ernährung um. Als fachliche Ansprechperson vermittelst du dein Wissen in Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen, unterstützt unsere Vertriebs- und Serviceorganisation und bringst deine Expertise in die Weiterentwicklung von Dienstleistungen, Prozessen und Kommunikationsinhalten ein. Darüber hinaus vertrittst du IVF HARTMANN an Fachveranstaltungen und bei Kundinnen und Kunden. Bei Bedarf führst du professionelle Ernährungsberatungen und Ernährungs-Screenings im abrechnungsfähigen Rahmen durch.

 

Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ernährungsberater:in mit in der Schweiz anerkannter Qualifikation zur Abrechnung ärztlich verordneter Ernährungsberatungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich klinische Ernährung; Erfahrung in der ambulanten oder in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um fachliche, gesetzliche und marktseitige Anforderungen zu analysieren, in erfolgreiche Konzepte zu übersetzen und diese direkt in der Praxis umzusetzen

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zusammen im Team ein neues Geschäftsfeld aktiv mitzugestalten

* Reisebereitschaft (10-20%) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
